Japanese history is sadly an unexplored setting in Doctor Who. This comic is actually an excellent foray into this time, the art is excellent (as customary) and the plot is engaging and has some really strong moments (like the Hiroshima flashback) and some funny ones (like the Astroboy and other anime references).

It's pretty funny that there is a character that gets immortality like Me from Series 9 but 15 years earlier.
