The Pyramid at the End of the World

This story was ok. It's part of the monk trilogy which isn't my favourite. This story was intriguing as the pyramid wasn't there yesterday. I thought the monks were at their creepiest in this. The scenes in the lab were fun and lead nicely into the doctor being truthful with Bill about his blindness. I wish we had longer with the doctor being blind because I literally felt powerless because our biggest hero can't do much. Having an enemy that can't invade without consent is very interesting because normally just don't consent and move on but in this situation Bill had to consent to save the doctor which was nice. Overall not a bad second part but it definitely feels like this trilogy is weak
