As the title suggest, this is all about something so small and simple yet having huge effects rippling out, but it's wholesomely tied in to Christmas by being something special to an ordinary person who the Doctor and Romana never find out about because they're more focused on the bigger picture. Very cleverly written and it's surprising the write never went on to do more for Doctor Who
