Oh this was excellent. The best of the set by MILES!!!

The dynamic between this Doctor/Master pairing really makes me devastated we didn't get it on TV instead of Simm. I'm not a fan of his Master, so that's not a big shock but the dynamic here just worked so well. The Doctor post-S3 finale dealing with grief over the Master's death, meeting *this* Master? Oh I loved all the hints and character work between this pair throughout. Really ending the set on a high, but the worst War Master set so far I reckon.
