The Fires of Pompeii

This story was painfully average. It was about a real historical event (the explosion of mount Vesuvius). The soothsayers were alright and the pyrovile was an ok villain. This story just felt boring after 20 minutes. Tennant is on top form in this though. Definitely one of the ones I Dread watching on rewatch but it isn't the worst of the series (that's still to come). Overall weak story. 5/10
