The Crimson Horror

This is it the 100th story of the revival and it is none other than the amazing story that is the Crimson Horror. I really enjoyed this one. It's doctor who does historical horror and it works so well. We have a mad woman called Mrs Gilleyflower and her "partner" Mr Sweet. I really loved the plot of turning people into Mrs G's ideal person to create her town "Sweetville" it felt so dystopian. This also brings back the paternoster gang which is always welcome because who doesn't love them. The whole scenario with ada and Mrs G winds me up so much like she's her mum but instead of looking after her she torments ada and hurts her and it makes me mad. Having this set in Yorkshire is so funny because I would've loved to see something like this with the 13th doctor it would've been a blast. Overall a really strong story that has a really unique vibe to it and focuses on some touching areas. 10/10
