Previous Story: Assassin in the Limelight
Thomas Brewster is probably my least favourite "companion" ever. That being said, this story wasn't too bad. It had some cool moments and I liked the gangster-film vibe of the story. Colin Baker and Maggie Stables are still on top form together but I do feel like 6/Evelyn have run their course. They're not exactly doing anything new with them or progressing their characters by this point. The inclusion of Patricia Menzies and Brewster really exemplify this era of Big Finish in my opinion, all sorts of underbaked characters and arcs thrown into a story for no particular reason. Still, it was an enjoyable story, just not a very good one.
