Review of The Circus of Doom by thedefinitearticle63

This is part of a series of reviews of Doctor Who in chronological timeline order.

Previous Story: The Dead Shoes

This one is easily the most interesting yet. The mystery that surrounds the town of Blandford is very interesting and makes for some good horror. I enjoy the way the chain of events is slowly forming and the mystery becoming clearer. Antonio is a fascinating character, it's difficult to tell how much control the hornets have over him and how much is just his own actions.

The hornets continue to be a powerful villain, very little is explained about them and it makes the Doctor seem very helpless to events, especially in this story.
