I love the idea of The Doctor being an antagonist to Astrea in one way, but a helping hand in another. Messing with time, guiding her path. I learned a little about Scottish history on the way, and the story of a writer who was unfamiliar to me. It doesn’t end with a bang and kind of hiccups towards the end, but it’s a good story.
