These short little comics all go so hard with the art. Steve Dillon and David Lloyd produce some incredible shots of a dying star as early Time Lords experiment with it. The story beyond that is the most threadbare thing revolving around attempting sabotage, but in four short pages, all I can really do is appreciate how much it goes for in such little time. It is neat seeing early Time Lord experiments still doing reality-breaking nonsense like trying to create a black hole out of a dying star, and it is pretty cool seeing the accident that stranded Omega. Rassilon's immense power gets shown here, which is nice as it is something I find I very rarely actually see in Doctor Who media. Beyond that it doesn't add too much in terms of showing us a unique or extraordinary Time Lord culture - once again these aliens just come across as incredibly human. But then again, how could any story get that deep in four pages?
