Pretty rote story about "time streams" of different speeds, unfortunately. Not much in the way of meat here; a few cool details, like a civilization drawing their names from the TARDIS (one person is called "Pol", another "Call Box"), but it all ends up feeling a bit gimmickey. Nothing offensively bad, but far from essential.
