A really cool Idea and fitting for the War Doctor to use the Moment in this one. Again, we are kinda playing Parallels to existing Stories, which does usually get me. The Art is solid enough and probably the closest to the typical Artstyle of a Titan Comic and sadly those often don't do it for me with a few Exceptions.
