Very fun episode, introduces one of the most iconic and cutest aliens(?) in the series: the adipose.

The Doctor and Donna get reunited and get up to their usual shenanigans, we see an enemy who has a sonic device for once, and a hint at a future plot thread in the form of Rose randomly appearing and disappearing.
