When it comes to Torchwood, I think it’s often at its best with Character driven Stories (SEE: Cyberwoman, which I will defend for the most Part), this one is no Exception. I really like this Episode, I will say there are certain Moments which really put this one down for me (the Sex Scene and most surrounding Owen), but overall I do think the good outweighs the bad. Besides (for the most Part) I think the Concept is handled quite well.
Definitely a Highlight for me in its first Series!
