Review of Oodunnit by No311

2 June 2025

A murder mystery in the Torchwood style. Unsurprising, then, that it is less important who actually committed the murder than the cogs moving behind it. Good atmosphere and a notably good exploration of the tensions between Oods, synths and humans and what kind of behaviour stems from it, with some characters fearing being replaced, some characters exploiting the hell out of the system and Zachary having traumatic experiences with Oods. The Ood were brilliantly played, and the secondary characters were good, though for some reason I couldn't keep track of who was named what. The play is pessimistic but sticks it to the man at the end in a way that I have come to associate with Goss.

A fun hour of time spent.
