Bit busy now, Andy!

I'm a little torn on this one. For everything I enjoyed, something else brought it back down again. I enjoyed Andy showing up every 10 minutes as a bit of comic relief...but the fact that never really pays off in any way makes it come across as pointless. I like that Roger Pugh isn't just a one-dimensional, bumbling political archetype...but his decision-making in the climax feels a little underdeveloped. I'm intrigued by the premise of Cardiff Council being the ones who could essentially kill Torchwood without even knowing it...but then again, I was distracted by the convenience of all this alien activity for Gwen to show Roger in a single day!

Maybe I'd enjoy this more on a second listen? Then again, I could like it less. Who's to say? Relatively enjoyable story for what it's worth though.
