Kill the Moon

This story was boring. It's a story set on the moon but nothing really happens. We have these interesting creatures that are spider germs but they are defeated with germ killer that Courtney just sort of plucks out of thin air which made no sense at all. The idea of the moon is an egg and it's hatching is so stupid but bad stupid to the point where you don't even wanna watch it. The reason I gave it an extra star is because of Jenna Coleman's speech to the earth and the confrontation to the doctor. She really did a good performance in those 2 scenes and it's some of the best moments she's had this series. The doctor is an ass this whole episode be it being rude to a child or abandoning his best friend this didn't feel like his doctor at all and it felt off the entire time. Danny is becoming a really cool character now taking care of clara which is good to see. The end shot with the big moon up close was nice. Overall a boring story that felt off with the doctor and had a stupid idea. 4/10
