Review of Just War by RandomJoke

I am so glad I waited for this one, because my God, this was incredible, but also a difficult one to do. I don't want to sound dramatic or anything, but this Audio was tough to get through.

It's very brutual and at times very graphic, but all this Violence is never done because "they can", no it's done because it progresses the Story further. And adds some more dimensions to it.

On top of that, can I just say how unbelievable Bowerman is? Like she's been a superb Presence ever since 'Oh No, it isn't', but this is easily her very best Performance that she has done from this Series. Heartbreaking and emotional in every right way. On the other Side you have Stephen Fewell who gives his best Performance as Jason. He and Benny are such an interesting pairing, and I feel like their Relationship is explored in such a fascinating Manner here!

And how can I forget to mention the Side Cast? One of the Character is even played by Maggie Stables, which was such a delightful surprise to me.
If it comes to the Side-Cast, I especially have to mention the Characters of Wolff and Steinmann, both played extremely well. I was surprised learning that Gatiss played Wolff, who is just the biggest Sadist in this play. As I mentioned above, it gets quite violent here, and he's very much the Main Person behind that.
To round it up in my rather rambley Review, I have to give big Love to the Dialogue. This was easily my favorite Part of this whole Story, every Line in this felt very deliberate and chosen so well, what can I even say with this one without just coping and repeating all those great Moments? From Benny being interrogated to Steinmann reading Benny's Diary, so many brilliant Moments. Really it does portray the Terror & Horror that Nazis are so well, almost *too* well, since as I said.. my God was this a tough one.

Love love the Epilogue at the End with Benny writing in her Diary and reflecting upon everything that happened. Just breathtaking. I am lost for words, really.
