MY SCATTERED AND TOTALLY IRRELEVANT NOTES:

Paul Magrs crafts a quirky tale in which K9 Mark I and K9 Mark II exchange letters—Mark I stationed in the Capitol on Gallifrey and Mark II accompanying Romana in E-Space. Through their correspondence, they share recent adventures and quickly devolve into bickering.

The concept is creative, resulting in a lighthearted and somewhat whimsical story. However, it doesn’t quite capture the essence of letters written by the tin dogs, leaving the tone feeling slightly off.
