Harry finally gets the respect he deserves

The Doctor doesn’t do a whole lot in this episode, Harry gets some time to shine when he is made into a celebrity and has to act as one on a planet to free a trapped spaceship outside of it

Mostly the appeal of this episode is just commentary on celebrity culture. Nothing ground breaking but fun in this setting
