Eh, it's fine. You won't be bored, you won't be amazed either. This is a perfectly fine 2.5/5 story. The concept of a blind race is interesting on paper, but they don't do much with it besides the occasional minor gimmick. A story based solely on building the communication with someone who has no concept of eyesight would be more interesting but we have what we have.
