I wish this story explored the tensions between the daleks and cybermen more. The cybermen in particular were largely reduced to just robots and didn't feel particularly threatening or even necessary compared to the daleks. You can definitely see here the beginning of RTD's tendency to have Big Epic Ensemble Finales, often resulting in at least some of the characters being underutilised - not only the cybermen in this story, but also Mickey and Jake, although for Mickey that is unfortunately pretty par for the course.

With that said, I do really enjoy this story. It strikes a nice balance of fun and emotional and it ties up Rose's story nicely - though of course it's not her final ending. It's not the best finale by any means, but it's still pretty strong.
