Doctor Who: The McCoy Years Season 24 Serial 3

Apart from the fact that the writer was probably very high while writing this one, this serial isn't, well...Ice Hot. For example, the complete absence of chemistry between Delta and Billy, they exchanged one look and BAM! They're in love now!
Though one thing I really liked about this serial is Ray, she has massive companion energy.
