Hmm I have conflicted feelings with this one I'm afraid. I think that while the beginning did intrigue me, and it was nice to build upon the tree people, it was far too predictable and the end didn't captivate me enough. Vale was great, and not a carbon copy of Jabe which was nice, and how it should be! The Doctor had a couple of lines, particularly the use of allons-y, which felt out of place in the scene they were in. The impression of 10 from Hodgson was decent enough too. I don't think this story needed the Doctor as such, but it was a lot weaker than the first story for sure.
