I love Damaged Goods, but the book is far better than the Big Finish adaptation. I read the book first so I unfortunately was comparing the two the entire time but this was still good. I won't go on about why the book was better since I could write about it in the review of the book. The adaptation still tells the tragic story of the Tylers, the Capper, and Mrs. Jerricho. There are a few things in here that aren't in the book like the mention of Torchwood, but they aren't significant to the overall story. This is everything RTD does best and adapted fairly well by Jonathan Morris. There are bits edited out that were too dark for big finish I assume. I personally think not having them takes away from how much I care about the characters but it doesn't ruin anything. If I ever revisit this story it'll be through the book, but if you don't like reading then the audio drama is still a good way to experience the story.
