Perfectly fine Dicks novel, he really captures the Third Doctor and Jo perfectly. The story is a bit messy with too many fractions and characters with none of them feeling that explored really. It’s a shame as the focus on one of these fractions would be great, but without that focus it can feel a little rushed.
