Love stories which feature a Time Loop, and this was used well to build the intrigue and mystery. The story was layered and structured well to bring around a satisfying climax, with likeable side characters, and the Eighth Doctor and Lucie still providing an interesting dynamic.

Bringing the Autons into the audios was also done well, using them in a way which felt authentic, without treading on familiar story beats. A good solid story.
