This episode is fun, but a bit filler-y, I get the sense its just here to introduce the heart of the Tardis

The Doctor, Rose, and Jack are a proper squad in this episode, and Mickey gets to help out.

Mickey is rightfully angry at Rose in this episode, and expresses his frustration with having to wait on her. Rose seems to at least try to understand but clearly this relationship is unhealthy

The chase after Blon and the last meal scenes were a lot of fun, the Doctor got to show off his skills

It might be fair to say the ending of this episode is a cop out of the philosophical argument between The Doctor and Blon but to be honest I don't think Blon's argument had much credibility to begin with.
