It's always refreshing to feel the motivation of a villain throughotu, and sympathise with their intents while condemning their actions - it really develops great questions. And throughout, the moral take on Clara's splinters, and the questions raised about their identity is fantastic, and something the show should have definitely explored more. A great story!
