Ten was not needed in this story, and I hate how he was shoehorned into so many different 13th Doctor medias. The story is a cool result of the actions from the last volume, and an interesting sequel to Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror! The ending made me sad as I know the cliffhanger likely won't go anywhere :(
