The Doctor has trouble controlling the TARDIS landing, which is apparently not unusual as I'm watching classic who as well. Poor Mickey has to deal with Rose's BS, which is something that will continue as the show goes forward. The farting aliens is pretty dumb but their scheme is actually kind of interesting. Seeing the Doctor just take charge of UNIT soldiers is particularly gratifying now that I've seen Pertwee's run.
