DOCTOR: What about my trousers?

MICHAEL: I watched you go about in the back gardens for three nights now, and you have worn the same yellow trousers for three nights.

DOCTOR: Well...

MICHAEL: My mum says wearing the same trousers every day is dirty.

DOCTOR: Well I do have an explanation—

MICHAEL: There is only one creature in the universe that never changes its trousers. And that is gnomes. And you are bigger than a normal gnome, therefore you are the chief gnome.
