Doctor Who Adventures #160

Though this issue marks the changeover from the David Tennant tenth Doctor to Matt Smith's eleventh Doctor in the comic strip, coinciding with Smith's first full episode airing on BBC 1, neither the Doctor nor his new companion Amy Pond appear in this issue's strip, which is the first half of a two part story, Attack of the Space Leeches. Instead, the strip focuses on a bystander, Stephen, who witnesses the titular attack and is fleeing from the aliens in search of help; the TARDIS materialises on the last page, with the Doctor and Amy inside but unseen till next issue.
